This policy explains how Manna Mindset handles information when you visit the website or use the 40-day devotional.

Information used to provide the service

• Email and account: your email address and account status are used to provide access and send secure sign-in links.
• Purchase: Paddle processes checkout and payment information as the payment provider and merchant of record. Manna Mindset does not receive or store your full card number.
• Progress and journal: reading progress, completed days, and journal entries are stored so you can continue your journey and return to your saved reflections.
• Purchase records: transaction reference, purchase status, amount, currency, and related timestamps are stored to activate access and provide transaction support.
• Device storage: the website stores sign-in and limited reading-cache data in your browser to keep you signed in and support reading access.
• Abuse prevention: email addresses and hashed IP addresses associated with sign-in-link requests are used to limit automated or excessive requests. Older request records are cleaned up when new requests are processed.
• Technical data: the hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP address and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide and secure access, process purchases, send requested emails, save your progress and journal, respond to support requests, and maintain the service. Service providers, including Cloudflare, Paddle, and Resend, process information as needed to host the website, process payments, or deliver email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Journal entries and account deletion

Your journal entries are associated with your account and are not displayed to other users. Do not use the journal to store medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information. To request deletion of your account and journal data, email SupportMannaMindset@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We may retain information where required for legal, accounting, security, or transaction records.

Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
